Matt Van Holland
(PTA)
Matt was raised in the North West corner of the state in the small town of Rock Valley, IA. He now lives in North Liberty, IA with his wife Ellie and son Riley. He received his B.A. in Exercise Science from Dordt University and his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Kirkwood. In his free time Matt enjoys reading, going on walks and bike rides with his family, and playing golf in the summers.
Matt’s interest in physical therapy started after he went through the process in high school for an injury he acquired during his soccer season. He enjoyed the time he spent working with his PT and PTA to build back his strength and function to return to sports without pain. Matt now continues to do this for his patients, using the skills he has gained through his schooling to help people achieve their goals and return to their favorite activities.
