Kim was raised on a farm in Strawberry Point, IA and now lives in North Liberty, IA with her husband Chad, and 3 children, Isaac, Isabel, and Cole. She received her BS in Exercise Science and Master of Physical Therapy, both from the University of Iowa.
Outside of Physical Therapy, Kim enjoys reading, exercising, staying active outside, and attending her children’s activities. She received her Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2017 and teaches Vinyasa yoga 2-3 times per week for both adults and children.
In addition to the treatment of orthopedic conditions, Kim has additional training for the treatment of pregnancy and postpartum concerns and male and female pelvic floor conditions. Her goals as a PT are to create a comfortable and safe place for patients to receive treatment and to develop a plan of care to improve clients’ ability to return to activities that they are passionate about, whether it’s sports, work, or family.
